The Norfolk SPCA is a private, no-kill humane society that is dedicated to fostering the human-animal bond to ensure that every adoptable companion animal finds a home. The organization is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that receives no federal, state or local government funding. We depend solely on your financial support care for hundreds of animals a year and, operate an Adoption Center, two Veterinary Hospitals and provide countless services to the community.
